While building anywhere in the world is not an easy task, building in Ghana requires a certain level of PRECISION.

Factors like some of the ones shared below help explain why the statement made above is the case:

 

1. As much as Ghana is a free country to live in compared to many other countries, the lack of regulatory bodies often times makes it difficult to achieve many things without a lot of hassle. Individuals, companies and organizations are often times not held accountable for their wrongdoings, which means many can easily get away with their wrongdoings. This can hurt you as the consumer.

 

2. Land disputes that currently exist over many of the lands in Ghana, make it difficult to determine if lands beings sold are legitimate.

3. Dealing with artisans who for the most part may not be aligned with your vision.

4. Dealing with Artisans who are just out right dishonest all while

 

5. Fighting the rising prices of goods and services due to the volatile exchange rates.

 

In the case where you are already informed on some or all of the points shared above, this E-book will just be the additional confirmation you need to push yourself to get started on your project.
